The current plan includes six single massage rooms, two couples suites, private showers for massage rooms, two skincare rooms and five foot-massage stations. A membership program is also proposed.

The proposal includes furnished rooms, private bathrooms, study areas, communal lounges, a pantry and laundry facilities. Smart access, connectivity, security and digital management are part of the intended operating model.

The development proposal contemplates a structure involving UMC Foundation land and NYC Capital Asia management. Partnership terms, site arrangements, feasibility, approvals and implementation remain subject to confirmation.

The source proposal evaluates bank-owned property opportunities, including properties offered through BNI. The intended residence combines private rooms and bathrooms with shared services, connectivity and digital operations.
